InkVisionAI sells downloadable digital tattoo design packs. Due to the nature of digital products, once files have been downloaded, we generally cannot offer refunds.
When We Offer Refunds
We offer refunds in the following rare circumstances:
- Corrupted Files: Your downloaded files cannot be unzipped or opened properly.
- Wrong Files: The files you received do not match the product description.
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same design pack twice.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase:

- Reason for refund request

Please Note
Refunds are NOT accepted in the following cases:
- You purchased a design pack but do not like the style
- You changed your mind and no longer want the tattoo
- You did not contact us within 7 days
